It is not every day the education industry requires solar shades, but that is exactly what happened when Euro Systems® installed several motorized blinds into the Qatar Academy in Doha, Qatar. We were tasked to install roller blinds in the classrooms to block out distracting, dazzling daylight, ensuring a comfortable environment and quality education to young students.

The roller shades were to be installed at quite a height in the educational spaces and needed to blend into the background. The shade’s fabric is especially engineered for areas where a high level of light control is required. Made from a fire-retardant fabric with reflective coating, these shades are ideal for schools and universities alike.
Our Euro® E system was paired with the roller fabric to create a robust and reliable shading system that provides years of service. The shade mechanism holds the fabric in place wherever it is positioned in the window, providing the desired level of shading and light.
